I got the flu/shit after last weeks marathon dnb week and i can't kick it.
What a great week for junglists we had last week. I know there our a few that i know are as sick as i am... HAHAHA

Start taking zinc. You people are getting sick because your immune systems are weak (due to many factors, including alcohol) and can't fight the bacteria...

Zinc will help your immune system to strengthen. Also, get out more instead of staying in all the time while sick.

This is probably the first January in 10 years that I havent been super sick.

I usually catch EVERYTHING. I think because I quit 2 of my 3 jobs where I interacted alot with customers/cash. I feel fantastic!

But, if you take all the necessary steps to ensure you don't 'catch' a virus (that's where zinc supplementation comes into place), as well properly clothe yourself when it is cold outside, and believe that you won't get sick (you have to really believe it though) - then surprisingly you won't get sick. I just started getting sick yesterday (sore throat, sniffles and a cough). And if any of my friends' colds are any indication, it's only gonna get worse. :(
