It's a damn shame although not entirely unexpected. To be quite honest this whole issue scares the shit out of me and it amazes me how nonchalant so many people can be when faced with it. Something needs to be done but no one seems to be able to come up with the answer as to exactly what that is.

I guess it starts with the little things that people can do everyday....
