From the title of the thread, it actually made sense to me.

As in: "Oh, man! Windshield Factor is sky-high, today! First I got soaked by a bus driving by, missed my connection, got yelled at by some random, I forgot my paperwork at home, spilled my coffee, blah, blah, blah..."

Sometimes you're the windshield, sometimes you're the bug.
