Apparently there was a whole lot of toxic chemicals found in 2 different areas in Surrey, the garbage shit left over from a clandestine meth lab.

Talk about no consideration what-so-ever for the people in the neighborhoods. It's bad enough they're cooking/making that crap but then just randomly dumping the refuse from it somewhere is even worse. Ugh..

Problem:
People are making meth outta of substance A which is efficient, cheap, and plentiful and hard to keep track of.

Genius Solution: Make substance A hard to get and easy to keep track of. Meth can still be made from stubstance B, but its inefficient and the hassle of dealing with the waste should make for a great deterant. Luckily, the people who make meth are evironmentalist and always obey local laws about the displosal of dangerous chemicals. So that should totally work as a deterant. I mean, c'mon, s'not like they'd just make the meth outta substance B anyway and then just dump the chemicals somewhere, is it? naaaaaaah.
