"Guu with Garlic" (Robson) and the original "Guu" (Thurlow) have different variations of foods. Guu with Garlic has a nice kimchi hotpot thingy that's delicious. Also, "Hapa Izakaya" (Robson) isn't too bad either.
If you want to venture out to Burnaby/Coquitlam, "Insadong" is fantastic for their Korean hotpot. |

I like Sekushi on Denman
I probably spelled the name wrong, but it's a little izakaya place just across the alley from the dairy queen (so near denman + robson). Everything is made on a small charcoal grill so if it's busy you'll wait a long time for food, but it is absolutely delicious and worth the wait. |
