If she is a little shorter with shorter arms get her a Childrens L/XL -- I have a mens small and it's huge. I have a giants one and a canucks one and I rarely wear them.

The Childrens fit my body but are too short in the arms.

oh ya - the pink ones suck... and I love pink.
