Some of the ship building yards around the city are looking for manual labour if you're willing to get down and dirty. They pay 12-14 with no previous experience.

Trucking and warehousing also seem to be looking for help. I think they offer wages of about 10-12.

If you want to really get their attention tell them you'll show up for every shift.

ok well I'm going to school until end of June, I need as many hours as possible but can't start work m-t until 1 pm

Courtney. Pick up a newspaper. Hit up google. Search craigslist.

I sat down one evening in January with a beer for about an hour and applied for 5 jobs. The next week I had three interviews, and by the end of the month I had a kick-ass job offer that I am totally stoked about.

This thread just screams laziness.
