hell if these people didn't kill themselves by oding at a rave they probably wouldve manged to kill themselves in some other way, like going 150km/h and crashing, or smoking, etc.

I'm sure this has been said already, but this is something you risk everytime you put an unknown substance in your body.

Personally, it's a risk I'm willing to take now and then. It's terrible that these people OD'd, but I'm sure they were also aware of the risks before doing it.

i didn't say we deserve the repricussions of EVERY mistake we make. (or at least i didn't mean that, if that's how it came across)

yes, you need to accept the consequences, but at times you do deserve it.

if you stupidly left a rake in your yard, and then stepped on it, causing it to swing up and smack you across the face. ya, you deal with it. but you don't deserve that.

but that's different from taking 5 caps of e or something.

stepping on the rake was an accident. you didn't do it deliberately (and if you did, well obviously then you deserved that! =P)
but taking 5 caps of E.. i'm sure that was just an accident. if you're puttin git in your body, you suffer the consequences. if you are a big enough idiot to do so much when you don't know if you can even handle it, then yes i think you deserve whatever comes to you.

Native bands have their own RCMP detatchment. Its usually only a few native RCMP officers, but it can be larger depending on the size of the reserve.

They can call a regional RCMP detatchment and ask for additional resources whenever justified, and in the case of Apex, they likely did.
