HAPPY PLACES.. what's yours?
Well... let me see... I had this tread before.. but it was just called playing pool.. and yeah that is one of my happy places.. where I'm all serious.. and nothing in the world matters.. and I know I am the only thing that matters.. and all my problems just seem to go away when I play pool. My other happy places never really seemed to Exsist as a physical being.. it was .. chatting on the internet.. the but chat room isn't real.. right.. and then.. my other one was sleeping.. in my dreams.. that was my happy plce.. but pool was a good happy place thing! hehe ^_^ I know it's real.. :018:
But I soon came to realize that .. just partying has become one of my happy places.. and knowing that great people like you guys would be there to meet up with.. just feels great (I know it's corny) sorry.. ...ehhhh.. well me shut up now.. maybe.. share with US your happy place.. and what makes it so.. and what you feel like when you are there....

anywhere that i'm alone, at peace with myself, and my surroundings... with neverending cups of coffee, a book to read, a pen and some paper, and some subtle music...
sadly, it's my living room... but that's what makes me happy... peace & quiet... it's soothing... a nice way to calm down from all those years of being a rutheless teen...

oh fuck i'm a perevert... whenever i hear happy place i think sex.. being inside.. or having something inside.. LALLALALAA... GET IN THE HAPPY PLACE YOU! hahah... err..
i like my room... or my bfs room.. the roof.. my front porch... i like being anywhere when its dark.. any place with good music, good ppl, or person... or just me. a place with my computer, internet, music, sketchbook, pens, pencils, felts or whatever is nice.. dunno.. has to be mine though.. i cant seem to use other ppls stuff.. just doesnt feel like my own..

well lets see i got a couple first would be at home in my room chillin to relaxing music (lil hard house breaks rap hip hop )
second would be at parties like BB said and third would when ever BB is in my arms nothing can ever go wrong when im with her hehehe

kinda like bob,
wherever I can be alone... i hate being alone for LONG LONG periods of time.. but occasionally i like the peaceful time to myself.. it gives me time to think about stuff... reprganize my thoughts.. just relax.. away from any harm... I think that this computer room is almost like a happy place..

my happy places?? Well...one would be my bed! and my room..but mostly on my bed. i mean cum on it's the best place! i can sleep and dream...i can cry...i can read..i can think...i can talk to others...i can chill out..i can write...i can listen to music.. everything from the convenience of my lil futon! hehe but i dunno..my bed is just so comfy it's really relaxing... and so multi-purposable (oh yes.. that IS a word)
another happy place would be my ex bf's arms...... another one is at a party...cuz i dunno i'ts got good music...some good ppl..and well there i just dance my ass off..forget about all my problems just let go and have fun... well ya..those are some of my happy places...

my happy places..:
my bed...yepz..ever so comfy..where i dream, sleep, think, cry...yeah..or just lie there doin nuthin!>.=) the shower..i luv the shower..not only am i getting clean but i usually think lots in the shower...and ever soo relaxing..=P~ a lil place in the dinky lil tree-ish place by my house..its so peaceful there..i luv it.. anywhere with friends...its nice just knowing they're there...even if there's nuthin to talk about..a sorta comfort thingy.. in the sun...just anywhere in the sun...absorbing it all..just close ur eyes and it feels soooooo good..really..it does!.. hehe..thats all for now~!:Lazee:

mine would have to be....
with the girl i care about...it doesn't matter who at the time...jus the one that i wanna be with....i can't be in my happy place right now...due to circumstances beyond my control...so it looks like it's time to wear my happy face to pretend that im in my happy place....... my computer brings me great comfort because it is my form of communication between myself and my friends...without it id be lost...i don't keep phone #'s...this is where i find all my music and find entertainment through this site and many others... when im ata party i let loose and jus dance to my hearts content...when i have the energy...when i don't i jus enjoy the atmosphere...chillin watchin people have a great time as i am i with friends...lots of fun and a definite happy place... another is when im sleeping...that is where i am free to make mistakes...ever have those dreams where u fool urself into thinkin its real and then for a minute when u wake up u realize it was a dream and ur sooooo thankful that it was...i enjoy that...except for the little panicky part about it...dreaming is more than that too me though...its like my second life....jus better... i try and be happy everywhere and with everything i do..but hey shit happens...and sometimes our happy places are cluttered with other things...i think my happy place with a girl comes second to this one though...and that would be when im bymyself jus thinkin...not doin anything...jus thinkin...contemplating future situations..or jus drifting....my imagination has always been a great source of happiness.... corrie

WOW you guys!!!
I never realized how many people really accepted the dream world as one of their happy places, but to your replies, it surely is one of many peoples places. I love telling people "see you in my dreams" and often times I do see people in my dreams.
I really do believe that character that I have become today has mostly been shaped by my dreams, I have definately seen things that I wouldn't have seen in real life. But they really do affect me all the same way as if it was real. Tell you the truth, I probrably dreamt of you guys LONG time ago, and when I do meet you, it may be a DE JA VU..... I guess when people dream, you can do any thing anything you please, and realize you can make anything happen there. It's the only reason why it's so comforting. But I think many people must come to see that in reality, you can also make anything happen it's just up to you. *huggies* :BB:

My car. I love her.

I like being in a place thats far away from here...a place where i dun go very often. Even sitting in the airport in Orlando or lying on a lawn chair by a pool at some hotel in LA or walking around in the mall of america...I just like being sumwhere else, that totally makes me happy...
and also driving around is nice and sometimes i'll just lay on my bed and think and daydream... and starbucks...i swear i have spent half my life at starbucks...i've laughed, i've cryed, i've had deep conversations with dear friends there.....starbucks is a special place 2 me. :)

My happy places:
the lil park by my house ~ I like 2 go jogging there when it rains and no one else is ever around, it’s so peaceful. I like seeing where all the lil paths lead to. [one lead to this huge field with wild rabbits and wild strawberries everywhere (it's like no one's ever been there before) and I also discovered a lil secret garden with the remains of an old home (fire place remains) sorta wierd...] my old street ~ even just passing by the street brings back many childhood memories - such happy days ^^ the world of art ~ it’s so true when you hear artists saying they forget their surroundings and focus entirely on their art, not a physical place but I can lead my mind to anywhere I want… similarly to sleeping, but lately that hasn’t been the case. downtown ~ when me and my friend lisa go downtown... hotel Vancouver and the robson fountain, hehe great fun! slocan lake ~ this remote lil town in the interior where I go camping with my cousin and his friends -> specifically the bridge ^^ humm.. what else?... playgrounds [the swingz! weeeee~] and my room.. when it's not tooo messy! that is all folks~! ~breezy

I think happy places are important to everyone, because it is the one place where you know you can find yourself and be at peace.
the happiest times in my life were probrably the ones I don't remember, when I was a baby and I could do no wrong, and I was pure and innocent before society currupted me. never forget who you are

I couldn't be happier than when I'm curled up on the couch snuggling with my boy watching Disney movies. Just being there, I seem to forget all my worries and cares and everything just seems perfect :269:

my bed is definitely one of my happy places. nice n comfy. my other one is whenever i imagine i'm next to the sydney opera house again. sydney harbour...that just gives me a total sense of relaxation and freedom. *sigh* the wind blowing, the sun shining, and people smiling...greatness :339:
