If I were to ever go crazy, I'd go and get myself an AW50 or someother type of super sniper rifle, and start sniping ppl. I probably wouldn't get anything past 3 kills myself, but it'd be quite a way to go. I'd love to get my hands on something as powerful as an AW50. It fires .50 BMG ammo which is a lot bigger than .223 that the sniper is using. More importantly, the AW50 has a range of up to 2.5km

Ok, here's my two cents.
I personally don't think that this person wasn't loved. infact, i would think that this person is quite educated. How? well, sniping is quite the task to do. especially at great distances. in order to efficiently kill 9 people and hit another 4 (in real life), you need training and practice. A desperate person would resort to self destruction before outward mutilation. a poor person wouldn't be able to afford sniper lessons (as they are super duper expensive) or to just snipe at cans from a distance for practice (as the FBI would have traced someone purchasing shite loads of that type of bullet in minutes.) I think the person is quite educated. If he was desperate and searching for attention... infact, lets put ME in that position. i'd tactically choose people. If i wanted to get caught and make headlines, i'd plan and plot out my killing. if i hated my life and blamed other people, i'd shoot my teachers, sworn adversaries, etc. Maybe this guy is doing it for media frenzy. or possibly just for the sport of it. It's scientifically proven that random tendencies are harder to orchestrate than patterned tendencies. The only thing that would truly point to him that's he's a total fucking retard is if he were to actually go and pick up the $10 million. they'd find him in seconds or lay a trap for him to walk into. Give this guy a little more credit. He's probably a psychopath who just likes killing without a motive but doesn't believe in the sport because of media and he felt obligated to point himself out or he'd just be killing in the cold blood. He probably wanted to tie himself into the killings so that his trophies were the news paper headlines. I think the reason why there are so many more killings in the US than canada is because the level of Hate in the states is a little more unbridaled than in canada. Here we have a level of acceptance (and don't forget to mention that we have about 1/3 the population). Over there, racism is a real dilemma. programming happens when influences of hate rub themselves off onto others and that hate just manifests into a growing hate for everything in general. or even worst. a fascination of social reaction where he's sticking a branch into an ant hill to see how the colony would react. .Lawrence @ Forwerd ps. this is just me jabbering after 9 hours of painting for spooky.

Another 2 cents,
All shots (http://www.cnn.com/interactive/us/02...t.exclude.html) for the most part were stationary. either pumping gas, standing around a car, etc. most of the ones within the county but way out of the way were shooting moving targets (which is MUCH MUCH harder to do) from a distance. So, i do believe there are multiple killers.

we dont have 1/3rd of the population doesn't canadia have like 45 mill people or something? use tops like 350 mill i think anyways they wont catch the guy witha good sniper rifle you can take people out from more then 1500meters. add a silencer and flash supressor and ur all good. those two would slow downt he bullet alot though so he couldn't shoot from too far its also interesting how (im not sure of this) but i think all the killings took place in one city right? thats smart as wel cops cant even ask people if they know anyone thats been leaving town alot lately Last edited by specialkonrd; Oct 25, 02 at 11:05 AM.

i think this guy killed all these people out of cold blood...innoc4nt people...killed them for no reason...other then to satisfy some sick mind. think of how many people in the us were affected by this...and the familys....because some crazy guy had a rifle. enough people die daily to hurt a number of people....and them to add to it and scare a large amount of other people in the process....this sniper guy must have some serious psycological problems...

is anyone surprised that its a midlle aged black dude that did it? the majority of serial killers are younger white guys.
what a trip. btw canada has 1/10th the population then america and the murder rate there is still very high compared to other countries
