help, i know nothing

k, what i need to know is a really good place to go in vancouver (i dont wanna travel far) to get a nicely done detailed tattoo. I have no clue at all about where the good places are and any help would be good. I just dont wana go to any shab place to find out half way through i wasted my money and now have a three years old skill of art permanently engraved on my skin.

thanks for the help, i was looking forever for something id want to get done, and aside from a upc barcode ( later itll be of my first publish book) there wasnt much but then i found something and thought i could handle that but its extremely detailed,

my buddy is apprenticing at a tatty parlour here in North Van, Called TX studios, it's at the bottom of Lonsdale. He's a sick artist (and mountain biker too) and the guy who he works for is hella good as well.

for that pic, why dont you sit down with the tatoo artist, and get them to draw it out on paper first to see if you would like it.
