All of the sniper victims -- 10 dead, three wounded since October 2 -- were hit by a single .223-caliber shot. Washington radio station WTOP reported that a rifle, a scope and a tripod had been recovered from the suspects' vehicle.
A source also told CNN that the suspects' car -- a blue 1990 Chevrolet Caprice -- had been modified with a hole bored in the trunk, which could allow someone to shoot from inside the car

that was just released on CNN


Apparently this guy and his 17 year old step-son were found together some reports say that the police feel the second accomplice might be his step-son

what i heard from someone, was that this gun that was used was an over the counter sort of hunting rifle that any 12 year old could use and fuck up deer but in this case it was people either way, supposedly you wouldnt need to be military trained to use and kill people witht his sort of weapon
