christmas trees
my family has a wierd tradition when it comes to christmas trees. we don't go out until the day before christmas eve to get the tree. we always look for the 'charlie brown' styles tree (which i oh so love). and we don't decorate the tree until the night of christmas eve.
but neways.......what kind of tree do u pick out? a cultured one? or a regular one? charlie brown xmas tree? or a fake one?

i remember a long time back we used to go out and pick our own and chop it down, that was myfave....cause it would be snowing and eveyrone would be cold and wet and fighting, and we'd all run around trying to find the perfect tree then my dad would get mad and turn around saying the next tree he saw thats the one he would chop down...
and the next one he saw was always the perfect tree hahaha then we'd have hot chocolate and candy canes... it was so much fun now we get a fake one.

OMG! My parents always looked for the Charlie Brown trees too! Especially my mom, she said they looked more natural, sort of floppy and unsymetrical. And we would get the live ones with flocking. They were so beautiful. Now we are in a tiny apartment, so no more seven footers...now we have a six foot fake. But it's still pretty with lights and stuff...
