(^) No you can rent a condo. Really there is no differance. A condo would be a unit that has features like a kitchen, a full bathroom and would often have stuff like a balcony anda fire place. Really I would say it's 6 of one or half a down of another.

size, condos involve stratas and are generally not 10 stories higher, they are built in smaller complexes, have stairs and lofts and shit.

sigh..... it has nothing to do with any physical aspect of the building, size, etc...a condo means that each individual unit can be owned by a seperate owner, and then rented to the public or occupied. apartment means that the whole building is owned by one person or corporation and then the units are rented individually...
