Electronics kinda question..

Can I somehow hook my computer up to my tv to use the dvd player?

ok... just wondering, because I'm cheap... and moving into a new place and don't want to have to buy a vcr or dvd player if I don't have too!!! :D

^^^dude, ya gotta get an XBOX!! I work at the Electronics Boutique in Langley, and all the employees there agree that XBOX, though unfortunately a Microsoft product, is the best system on the market hands down!!

To hook up your computer to the TV you can purchase a cheap video adapter that you plug your video out into.

It doesnt look that great for text but for fullscreen mode you can expect to spend less than $60 and it looks great.

It plugs into the monitor port on the back of your computer and has a pass through for to plug your monitor into and a composite (RCA) cable for your television set. If your TV only takes 75 Ohm RF, you can hook it through the video in ports on the back of your VCR and watch through the "video/tv" option on your VCR.
