seems like not the best choice for a suicide bridge, i mean there's really nowhere you could jump off the thing where you'd be guaranteed to do anything more than maim yourself. you'd even have a better shot a few blocks over on granville.

i went to the emergency room once and there was a jumper in there as well...the doc told me it happens really often like at least one a month kind of thing. at first it surprised me, but now that i think of it...not really..

i was told someone jumped off the granville bridge onto granville island a week or two ago. like splat, right along the road in front of the keg. there were crews there forever. it was a sunny day and it felt so weird having to be around there the rest of the day.
