A friend of mine died on halloween thanks to the New Westminster Police Department

He was thrown in the drunk tank and was believed to be "past out" (cops statement) however he was suffering a brain hemorage and had no medical attention for hours untill the next morning where he was pronounced dead.

I have no respect for the morons at The New Westminster Police Department and probably never will.

And Fuck Constable Ross too!
