I guess that means I'm an adult now..
Well, I finally did it. Just finalized the last stage of buying a new condo.
after uttering the words: "just waiting for my mortgage broker so I can sign the papers to my new condo".. it hit me.. i think im an adult. :weird: its a great little 1000+ sq ft 2 bedroom in Uptown New West. Wicked little area, zero skuzzies. money will be tight for a little while.. but i can already tell its gonna be well worth it.

money will be tight yes, but your money is well spent into a mortgage! its a great investment. sounds like you got a pretty nice place too!......enjoy. and your not a full on adult yet, that happends when we all hit our 30s....your just a young adult so dont feel to bad.

it's true.. i was hoping to have a few extra bucks each month for rrsps too..
but as far as investments.. theres no way in hell that it will depreciate. at least not for the forseeable near future. i just gotta find new people in my area to chill with.. haha. aint nobody likes to come to new west to chill from van.

the deal is closing right now.. just waiting on the final docs from the notary and the mortgage broker..
i take possession june 22nd.. so right now im going through the process of packing and getting rid of the stuff i dont need where did you grab a townhouse?

you need some stainless steel appliances to match up with those awsome granite counters you have.
boost the value of the place too. looks like they put in low-end whirlpool/inglis stuff....i recognize the range. whirlpool/kitchenaid appliances or die!!!....lol

thanks! house warming bbq probably around july 1st.. nice midsummer gathering.
i think most of the appliances are pretty brand new.. the dishwasher is the only older appliance and will be the first to get replaced. i agree tho, the stainless would be big pimipin in there.. even a slick black fridge would be nice in there.. with the color.
