A touching poem...

IF ROSES CAN BE...
If roses can be
Yellow
Pink
Red
White
And still be roses

If hair can be
Red
Blonde
Brunette
Black
And still be hair

If eyes can be
Green
Blue
Brown
Hazel
And still be eyes

Then why can't humans be
Black
White
Hispanic
Asian
And still be accepted?

And why can"t people be
Special
Different
Unique
Original
And still be people?





I just have to say, this poem touched me deeply. I just thought I'd share this.

Even if it is overdone and crappy, it still touched me. The simpleness behind it, and the meaning......There wasn't much point in posting that, you know. Keep negativity to yourself.

yeah, i knew what it was gonna say after the first 2 lines. and i'm drunik sort of.

I'm surprised people are still fascinated by this kind of material. I honestly thought that people would have looked at equal rights as a bit of a standard (for lack of better word, read the aforementioned state) now. (I mean that literally; it's a shock)
