I saw probably the most difficult croquet course ever, last summer.

The slope from Pacific to the SeaWall path, between the concession and the pool.

Most of the course was on the side of the slope, going around the big tree!

That _had_ to have been maddening to play!

I think it'd be hilarious to go whack balls w/ a mallett, again! It's been years!

I can only imagine what it'd be like @ Spanish Banks, after a couple of spliffs, drinking wine, and nibblin' on some fungii....

i was thinking of getting one of those beer hats you see at baseball games.

not as practical as a darth vader helmet ([i]oooooohhhhpaaaaaah![i]) but it would definately be more decorative.

definately needs to be played in an area that has hills, roots, rocks, and little dogs.

May I suggest urban croquet?

Pick up a tub of play-doh so that you can stick the wickets to hard surfaces, like concrete, and away you go! It's especially fun around cement stairwells and pedestrian traffic areas.
