Tattoo shop's/artists

So I'm looking into getting another tattoo and I'm not 100% sure where I want to go to get it done. I've already got 2 tattoo's and I got them both done at the Dutchman I'm just not sure if there are some other quality places I could go to get the next one. I'm going to be getting my last name down my rib cage so I'd like to find someone who does a lot of script. Any ideas would be awesome thanks :)

I hate tattoo's but my best friend got hers done there and it is absolutely beautiful.

Tyler was her artist. He has been in the business for years... I have a lot of respect for him.

Evil By Needle fixed my hideously horrible fucked up tattoo. Freehand.

His name is Don and hes amazing. but busy. you have to book appointments with him like 3 weeks in advance.

worth the wait tho IMO.

oh and stay the hell away from universal tattoos in victoria. they will fuck up so freakin bad that you will want to punch them in the ear.

Actually I have seen some amazing tattoos come out of that place. Including some of the ones my friends have had done there. You just had bad luck or werent clear on what you wanted. Either way I am not going to argue the fact he may be screwed up your tattoo....

and he fucked it up. i should post a picture of what i wanted & showed him and what he did. it's undenyable. we walked in no appointment what so ever, they took me 20 mins later and the result was absolute fucking garbage. :suspicious:

Funhouse is not in downtown but close enough.

Funhouse - Art, Mark, and Jeremy are all good
Monkey King - Jeff Tam although he specializes more in Japanese art
Sacred Heart - In general it's a good place
Black Water - Jesse

Michelle at Superior Tattoo on Commercial (near 12th, next to Toby's) is pretty killer, but she's going to be leaving the country early September.

I'll post a shot of my gf's foot, she did an awesome job on it.

Im getting a full half sleeve done in about a month im getting it started been waiting a while for it, im getting it done at this tattoo place on water street (down stairs) I feel horrible for forgetting the name, but they are absolutely amazing, some really good work has come outta that place for sure (i'll edit the name lataz)
