This is simultaneously really damned cool and really damned depressing. Why is it cool? Well, c'mon, look at it. The guy make a REALLY damned cool piece with just a rag and some cleaners. Why is it depressing? Well, for a start, that's a fuckload of dirt produced by pollution. Secondly this guy was cited for defacing public property even though all he was doing was cleaning it. Regardless of all that it makes for a damned cool video, check it out:
