has anyone flipped a house/condo or reno'ed theirs?

im in need of some good contractors for a house flip project im into right now.

ive been diggin and researching,calling and intervewing all that fun stuff.....but id just thought id put this up on here if anyone knows of someone around our age group (20's) who i can give the buisness too...

i need a drywaller,some one to lay-down some laminate floors and mouldings and a general labourer to celar out some brush. i might also need a painter too...

any contacts would be greatly appreciated, but they have to be professional,agressively priced, and able to lock in a completion date with penalties for cost and time overruns.

Or, if you want really professional help, you know you can ask my dad. Im sure he would be willing to help you. Not to mention he can get good prices on equipment and materials.
