Now, this is pretty weird. Rumors have been floating around the Net for a while now speculating on whether or not tiny, dragonfly-like robots have been covertly monitoring recent political demonstrations and protests around Washington, D.C., and New York. Numerous protesters at multiple events have reported seeing the helicopter-like insectoid entities, fueling suspicion that something sneaky was afoot.

That is some expensive technology to monitor something that so far has had no effect on the government... Especially since it would be much easier, to use a camera on the roof across the street...

the pragmatist in me thinks you're on the right track. I'd expect something like this would be used for a much higher priority target that protesters.

They monitor the protesters with their own cell phones.

People don't know that their voice frequency is unique like a finger print.

You talk by a payphone or a cell phone they can track/listen to you.

They got satellites equipped with lazers for listening and cameras that can see the lice on your head since the 70's.

No need for some MIT insect cam.

They know what you're doing before you even do it.

Yes, Yes, Slight exaggeration about the meter of satellites in the 70s (but in the 80s, Yes). Points off for using 'lazer' instead of laser.

He speaks the truth, there's utterly no reason for these insect cams. Except one: It takes time to align a satellite and Cellular scanners fall under wire-tap laws. This doesn't mean that insect cams would have any use to monitor protestors, after all, a spook on the roof with a directional microphone would work just as well. But in a combat zone, hell YEAH it'd be useful to be able to throw up a swam of these to relay back information. Bottom line, should we care? Nope.

Dod launched a spy satellite using lazer tech for eavesdropping in '79.

umm no,

first of all the 367khz frequency that the reptilians use for mind kontrol comes from the 5th dimension. it is 4th dimensional lower level annunaki who use the standerd 333khz, wich harmonizes perfectly to tinfoil....

and if anyone wears braces or who have had fillings in there teeth from before 1998 i would never...eeeever walk into guildford mall.
