it's sort of legitimate because it was supposed to be this weekend.

although earlier this year congress passed a motion to change it for the US (and therefore, north america).

so it's not an entirely stupid question as a lot of electronics switched over today, just a lack of paying attention to changes with current events.

i agree with it not being a stupid question, but when i asked myself the same thing on friday, i went to google first. it didnt let me down!
