Midnight viewings of the RHPS.

Every halloween, 7 years and running. One year I didn't have time to make a costume so I just stripped down to my underwear and left my clothes in the car. I went as Dr Frankenfurter in the nurse's scrubs this time around. This year there were considerably less people in attendance and far less dressed up and with props.

Is my favourite halloween tradition becoming a dying practice?

honestly though
you'd have to be really drunk/high or just stupid to enjoy this movie.
it makes no sense, the songs are MEH at best. its strange, and can't keep my attention.
the only reason i watched it in the first place is because everyone constantly raves about it.

It's risque and the music is great. I take it you're not a Meatloaf fan. Plus it's an excuse for me to wear leather. Sizzlin'

alt.cult-movies.rocky-horror is an excellent place to connect with Rocky Horrorites from all over the globe. Back when everybody still used usenet I was all over that place... Even did a rant at the 25th Anniversary convention with a bunch of newsgroup-inside-humour that got a good crowd reaction (followed by our cast - the only Canadian one represented at the con - doing a rendition of Blame Canada in Rocky garb)

Mind you, I've been pretty damn busy, lately.

The wildest screening, I've ever seen was @ the old Roxy cinema, T.O.
Amongst other things (including an egg thrown at Brad that stayed on the screen for over a year), a fire started during "Over At the Frankenstein Place" with all the newspaper and confetti everywhere.
Gutted the centre of the theatre, so, when it re-opened, only the centre seats were new.

I still say the funnest Rocky moment for me was reading the rules at the Vogue a few years back.

Ebbo: "It's time to read the rules!"
Guy in the third row: "FUCK THE RULES!"
