i wouldve tasered the fuck too, if he didnt see the sign its not up to the police officer to show it to them, does this guy know anyhting about the law> and second you don't act like that in front of po lice, and you think tasering is bad, shit he couldve batoned him instead and hed have a few broken bones at the least...he came out well.

this has little to do with the polish dude at yvr, that couldve provented and the cops did fuck up, but if i was that cop in utah all alone on the road i wouldve put the hurt to that boy.

fine does not equal arrest, the cop has to do what he asked for if he arrests him, the speeding is a civil charge.

p.s. the guy read too much and comprehended too little and he dosnt understand his rights, you dont act like that infront of a cop who is all alone on the side of the highway.
