quitting smoking (again)

well, i found out that i cant do it cold turkey.

I figure, I'll start off just by smoking at work. I'm only allowed to take 3 breaks during my entire shift. Just enough for 1 smoke.

After that, dont smoke at home.

I'm also going to lay off the partying, so i dont get shit faced and chimmney smoke.

I have been playing "patch on/patch off" for about 2 weeks now :(

thats how i did it, i cut back and set a quit date.
I tried the gum years ago, gross i do not recomend it.

The patch does help stop the crazy irritability, headaches and other evil symptoms. Problem is it doesn't really stop you from wanting to smoke. Stupid psychological addicition.

The first time I tried to quit smoking I used the patch and it worked, I built it up in my mind that if I had a smoke while wearing the patch i'd break out into horrible hives. I quit for 2 months but at that point in my life I was quitting for the people around me and not really for myself so I started again.

On december 3rd, 2007 I was on a bus on my way home from school and I had this strange epiphany and decided to quit cold turkey. I had a cigarette on new years and i've smoked a couple of captain black cherry's since but I have no desire to start again.
Point being - you just have to really want it

no shit. I love smoking. when I wanna break i just do it, I just dont see why most people gotta make it into this deal.

i love shmokin all kinda things, but the last few days ive had bad tonsilitis for the first time. damm that shit reallly hurts!!!!
but even now wen the back of my throat looks like an alien's fetus im stil smokin'.. well the thing is it did make me think how much it would really suk if i got throat cancer in the future. but i gues it doenst realy bother me yet. for now
