95 year-old lung update

Finally got some good medicine for my lungs and I feel great. I just ran 3 miles in 20 minutes!! That's really good, I am at least in as good shape as a US Marine. Not sure if anybody cared, but it feels great to be back close to where I was when I was in High School (+15 pounds or so).

So there it is, had to say something about of it because I feel great!

if you really had shitty lungs....3 miles in 20 mins is some pretty good medicine.

Its 2 different types of inhaled steroids, and 1 inhaled non steroid inhaler.

am i the only person wondering why we needed an update?

oh, maybe if i took steroids i could up my 2.7 miles in 20 minutes to 3 miles flat.

I think you are thinking of a anabolic steroids, but I am sure those will work too.

Never said anything about anybody needing anything. Its a forum and it was on my mind and I am happy so I made a topic. :P
