I'm looking for a roommate/place to live.

Preferably in East Van, though I'll make an exception if it's worth it. Basically, I'm looking for somewhere chill that I can play my guitar and find a job easily.

I spend most of my time at home reading, writing, and jamming. There are a few people on here that will vouch for me. I can cook well too!

Also, I quit drinking so I won't ever bring a party home. I'm a smoker but I'm willing to smoke outside and keep it tidy.

Rent isn't an issue, and I'm looking for somewhere for April 1st.

Thanks, Tiff. I trust your judgement and you're not the only one to say we'd get along. I actually did take his offer yesterday and will finalize the deal with a deposit as soon as I can find a bank in the NWT.

Not to be an ass, but i dont think i could ever live with a roomie that didnt work. Sure, you probably have a lot of money saved up. But sometimes, good things go to shit quite quickly.

Advice appreciated, Marty.. but I've been working a minimum of 84 hours a week and have had about 5 days off since New Years. I probably won't have another one until I move. I'm really just going to need that week or two off to adjust to a normal regime. I've thought it out carefully and I'm confident in the decision.
