thy give out those title's pretty easily.

he's just a commissioned sales guy, they have to hustle pretty hard to make decent coin and most don't make it past 2 years.

the ones that survive do well though, and the institutional guys make bank, 7 figures is not uncommon.

p.s. robert kiyosaki is a fraud, those guys make more money selling books then actually doing deals
