He had a good reason originally, when Wum crossed a line into some pretty racist/offensive territory. I think after being warned about it.

At that point MC Hammered told him he was perma-banned and don't come back.

Or it could be that when he was around the first time he pissed off the mods enough to get a perma-ban, and it wasn't until this thread was posted that Winston realized who he was and enforced the ban that was on him in the first place anyways.

Not saying that he wasn't a lot better than he was at first, but usually perma-ban means permanent.
