recently i moved into a pretty nice apartment with a couple roomates, one of which is a korean-canadian girl. shortly after moving in i noticed this girl was like NEVER home. i figured she worked a lot, but when i did see her she would avert her eyes to avoid contact and never introduced herself and half ran to her room. i thought she was shy but then after 3 weeks i began to think it was more than that, more to the rude side.
i thought she workd a fuck of a lot because i never saw her go out at night, if i was home at night, and i assumed she was at work all day because i never saw her come in or out of her room and never was there even a sound from her area.
then i realized one day that she was home alll day, but she was sleeping.
i also noticed her coming home at 7am or later and leaving any time after 10:30 pm.
i also noticed she was dressed for a jay-z music video when she got home.

taking these facts into account i quickly and jokingly jumped to the conclusion that she was turning tricks.
i was totaly joking, but at the same time keeping in mind that everything added up right and it could be a reality yet hoping not.

when she was home she was quiet as a church mouse and i seldom saw her.
a few times i got sloppy on g and maybe got too loud with my friends about my ideas about how she earned a living. i didn't realize how thin the walls were. i also didn't realiize at that point just how fucking good her english was. i didn't realize this until i started over hearing her talk on the phone.
then, after a particularly bad, (really quite bad, even for me) g-hole midday on a thursday or friday last week, i noticed she suddenly became very loud when going abouther business. this lead to me being extra quiet and listening.
what i heard confirmed my jokes.
she was taking calls for an excort agency that specialized in asian girls.
there was no mistaking:
"hi, yeah i don't have any girls right now, they're all busy or at the club, how many guys are there? 5? ok i should have a few girls ready around 2 or a bit later"
and listening toher talk to the girls and drivers all night until around 7am.
this has gone on several nights now.

i think it's safe to say that my roomate works for an escort agency as both a call girl and some form of dispatcher/manager as well.

this is fucking nuts.

i always had a sneaky suspicion that the management was operating a bunny farm from this building, and i think i found part of the operation here in my apartment.

now the big question is: "WHY DO THEY ALL OF A SUDDEN WANT ME TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE DOING THIS HERE?"
