Any of the Travellers Inns along Douglas.

Theyre about 60.00 a night, and right in the core of downtown. You'd be directly on the main strip so everything is transit accessible or can be walked.

As cheap as Traveller's Inn is, I personally would NOT recommend any of the locations other than City Centre (I used to work at/for TI so I speak from experience).

I'd recommend Evolution (aka Evo) for that. Haven't been there myself in several years so I'm not sure if it is a 'goth club', but I know a lot of goths who like to go there. :)
