Actually the crust was the brownie part of the cheesecake, I used my favorite gluten-free brownie mix for it. But usually I use gluten-free graham crackers with a lil bit of butter to keep it together.

+I've had layovers in Quebec city for two nights in a row, awesome hotel and great location. Took a walk down to Vieux Quebec and saw people skating in the outdoors public skating rink at the entrance of Vieux-Quebec. LOVE this city.
-Stuck in Quebec City for another 5.5 hours due to maintenance issues which means...
+My Charlottetown flight is cancelled and I may get to go home ealier than expected.
+My crew is awesome this pairing.
+ANOTHER VACATION COMING UP :) Can't decide if I am going to go abroad or just home to Vancouver to spend some time with family before Christmas, as work will be working me like crazy I'm sure...

+Just found out that I`m spending my Birthday in Boston this year! Work is sending me on a layover there, and it`s one of my fave US cities. BIRTHDAY BOSTON CREAM PIE!
+I MIGHT BE ABLE TO GO HOME FOR CHRISTMAS.. cross my fingers. I am on call on christmas but have boxing day and the 27th off, so I might fly back to Van for Christmas.
