stinky feet

So common problem with me is that i have stink ass feet.

how do i fix it? I'm a size 13, when i take off my shoes my socks are fairly sweaty and it smells bad.

any recommendations?

I'm very open with my faults.

can i get soles that will help? if i get wider shoes, it makes it a bit better. but they break down quicker.

just change your soles, they absorb the sweat from your feet and socks and then transfer back on to new socks. soles are meant to be replaced every month or so.

what kind of shoes do you wear usually?

spray your shoes with like a febreez or somthing of the sort. that might help.

use odor absorbant insoles...

steal a can of the shoe spray from the bowling alley

dump some of that foot powder right in the shoe before you go out in the morning
try buying ventilated socks from MEC too

marty i bet its the shoes. there are these tiny little balls you can get at canadian tire, hockey dudes use them in skates. it an odor absorbent ball. you just put them in your shoes when you take them off at home or whatever. might help ?? :)

Seriously... when I was in Cadets and in the same pair of Parade Boots all Summer that stuff is a godsend. A little in the boots and/or a little in the socks and you're good.

When it comes to foot odor, yes. Moisture is the problem.

Keeping perspiration in an enclosed area and letting it absorb into socks and shoes is the problem.

This is why you are changing the soles all the time, because they reek of sweat.

Back in my hockey playing days I used to use various powders and sprays on my skates and gloves.

There's nothing worse than coming home and having hockey hands.
