Not really. They're finally doing something that makes sense.

Compare number of deaths caused by tobacco with number of deaths caused by Marijuana. Now which one do you think should be banned?

I did. That's all they do in the UK. I hated it, gives you a mad headrush. You can't really toke it so much as puff it gently, and it ruins the taste.

tobacco and hash is a decent mix, especially if you have good quality hash.

I find cigarette smoke extremely irritating by itself.

ive been told they do the mix alot in eastern canada too, winnipeg ect. last time my brother was there people were sort of set back by the fact that he was "smoking it straight"

It's not just Europe. Honestly BC is one of the few places that doesn't.

^ Very true... in Ontario they mix Ganj and Tobacco fairly often.

A number of people were surprised at the spliffs I had that were straight Weed.

Come to think of it, the only people I met in the UK who smoked it straight were from Brazil or BC. Spain, Australia, Holland, Scotland, all those guys roll with tobacco. They do smoke a lot of hash, though.

I think that it has a lot to do with how easy it is to buy weed here, and how cheap. Back east they seem to want to stretch out their dime bags a little more lol

BC has a climate unlike just about any in the world. As a result, marijuana grows super-rich and super-easily out here. Not to mention the severe rural nature of most of the province combined with a general unification of the province given by modern technologies, basically got the province to a critical mass where it's just so abundant that people don't care, because it's blatantly obvious of two things:
1) It's really not that bad for you
2) You really can't control it

Politicians of course need to cater to the traditionalists, but very slowly we're seeing this understanding seep into the government. It's gotten to the point that cops just don't care about busting a grow op unless it's massive or they're causing violence. There's just too many otherwise.
