ok i'm pretty pissed
so the restaraunt downstairs offered me a job bartending because I was barely working upstairs and they needed some more people, I said yes. So i've had one shift there and was booked for 4 more shifts this weekend and next week. Then I get a message today saying that one of thier bartenders quit his other job so he wants the shifts that they had given me ( ALL of them) ,but they *MIGHT* need my help in the future
FUCK THAT! you cant give me shifts and then revoke it thats so not ok!
terrible management and now i want to quit upstairs to just to spite everyone

maybe the boss just went with the person that they KNOW they can rely on, instead of taking the chance with you. sometimes bosses weigh things out in their head and come to the conclusion that playing the odds in their favor is a better choice, believe it or not. sometimes, (contrary to ninjaboys experiment :D) the odds are unfortunately not in your favor. deal with it.
