anyways.. i was driving down the #1 towards vancouver from coquitlam, and some guy was ripping it at like 100km/hour down the shoulder in oncoming traffic

either

1.) high as fuck on meth
2.) evading police, because as soon as you go into oncoming traffic police have to call off the chase

i'm guessing it's number 2... either way it was pretty damn interesting to see

if it was a baitcar and he was ripping it.. they would've shut down the engine. probably just stolen.

other than the oncoming traffic, 100km/hour isn't exactly "ripping it" on Hwy1 is it?

If he's ripping it down the shoulder, I'm guessing that traffic was backlogged. Bringing us to possible situation #3:
