So I'm writing a series of commercials for the Team.

Basically the concept is without the team 1040 gear you say stupid/idiotic things like:

"The Maple Leafs have a good shot at the cup this year"

but with it you know what you are talking about.

So I need to come up with different ways of making fun of the leafs, flames and oilers.

Any ideas?

Leafs: "My buddy's from Scarborough and he says the Leafs have a good shot at the Cup this year!" (Yea? My buddy's from Common Sense Land and he says you're both idiots).

Oilers: "The Oilers are gonna be the team to beat this year! When you look at their roster, they're pretty similar to the Oilers of the 80s!" (Was there some Oilers team in the 1880s I don't know about??)

Flames: "I like the Flames' chances this year! I mean, with a coach like Keenan, what could go wrong?? (Do you want me to phone Trevor Linden and ask him?)
