so i got a coffee and some yogurt from sbux...the kind you put the granola in too.....so im eating it eating it and then im like this tastes a little weird.....so i look beneath the granola and its seriously so moldy and im pretty confident I ate some of those chunks

Online pretty much goes ignored at most places.

go to the consumerist.com, they have email addresses for a lot of higher ups of corporations.

Also, if you call that store you went to, ask when the general manger will be in, and contact him directly you'll see results.

You could try calling another Starbucks in the area and find out who their district (or even better, their REGIONAL) manager is. Usually you'll get fairly good results just going to the DM (let alone the RM), and the offending store will get in shit on many, MANY levels.

I bought a green-tea Sobe once when I was parched and took a huge swig of it when I opened it. As soon as I'd gulped the swig down I immediately tasted mold and when I looked in the bottle there were floaties. I nearly tossed my croissants on the spot. Ever since then I can't drink Green Tea Sobe at all. Even if it smells totally fine I just don't trust the stuff now.
