Metric tonight w/ Tokyo Police Club

This should be an awesome show. Every year Metric rolls through I kick myself for not going because everyone raves about them! Do they still have it? Is it a good live show? What about TPC?

Tokyo policy club were wicked at plaza, they sound great live and had lots of energy. Everyone I've heard who has seen Metric says the show is wicked.

I didn't even know this show was going on, i wonder if it's sold out.

They did 3 shows sunday, monday and tuesday.

Tokyo police club hasn't had a bad show yet in Vancouver IMO. I've seen them four or five times now...

Saw metric a few years back, not as much energy as TPC, but still amazing.

TPC are great live, tons of energy, great songs and a lot of fun.

I've seen Metric a few times now. Im not a huge fan of their music... but the live show is pretty decent.

I like Metric but I hear Emily Haines is a total douche.

Some friends of mine were smoking up with the band outside one of their shows in Vic a few years back, and she kinda just bogarted into the circle, didn't ask or anything, and basically treated my friends like second-class citizens while she smoked their weed.

Dead Disco is prolly my favourite of theirs. Kylie Kills mix ftw, though.
