i haven't been able to last more than 2 days b4

i ALWAYS feind for pop.. i sometimes go to bed..suddenly wake up at 4am go downstairs for a coke... brush my teeth and go right back to bed. *pretty much sleep walking the whole time*. coke is sooooooo good.

all i drink is water, iced tea, and orange juice now

I'm staying far away from pop, and well any form of caffeine or huge amounts of sugar.

A couple sips from my sisters pop usually quenches my craving.
