Hot Pot
Is the bomb... Azim and I had some last Sunday and here it is a week later and I am craving it again.
So expensive though... for like 3 people to eat a filling meal of Hot Pot along with drinks and of course, MANGO PUDDING for dessert, it costs like $100 (that includes like a $10 tip though). Mmmmmmmmmm... sooooo good though. |

Hot pot nights are fun :)
It would be much cheaper for you and your friends, as well as more interesting if you had a hot pot night. I had one at my house once, and it was neat. It's almost like a pot-luck where every one brings one item of food to put into the hot pot.. Not too difficult. lots of fun. and :PartEkid: |

Hook up an address Another sweet spot ( i know u know) Shabusen has a nice dish where u create your own masterpiece from hot water. Just add meat & veggies and you're styling for a mere $13. Throw in some sake and you're out of there just shy of $25 incl tip :y: |

Shabu is da bomb... Lex - Hot Pot is different than what Shabu has... with Hot Pot you can actually get different broths - Thai style is da bomb... not to spicy but spicy enough! Dip the Fatty Beef... some dumplings... soooo good. I personally don't like shell fish but Azim gets live shrimp with sticks shoved up there ass... dips them in the broth live! --- YUCK!
There is a decent Hot Pot place in Richmond on 3 Road... I forget what it's called... I think it's HCYK or something like that. Another good place is at like Cambie and 24th... I have been there and it is good to... expensive but good. It's supposed to be one of the best Hot Pot places in Vancouver. We shoudl totally organize a group Hot Pot night... it's fun and actually healthy! |

I personally don't eat any bugs from the water IE: shell fish but when we went to the one on Cambie and 24th, and we had a HUGE crew, all the seafood lovers ordered a king crab. It was fricken HUGE.
