aside from all the harlequin novels i read @_@ .... i dunno... murakami's Norwegian Wood was pretty good for me.

The Griffin and Sabine trilogy... READ THEM!!!

For those of you that don't know, they are written as post cards and letters...the cool thing is, the letters are in envelopes in the books, so it's like reading someone elses mail. =)

It's kind of a dark romance, but a romance all the same.

I don't know about a book, but my favorite romantic poem would have to be "how do I love thee" by elizabeth barret browning.

and "a valediction" is also supersweet....
