US work Visas...

How do y a get one? I have an employment sponsor and I am not a terrorist, but will be travelling with knives.

u have to have a skill or trade that is rare in the us. u have to proove that no us citizen can do the job you would like to do. extremly tough thing to get.

You can get a TN-1 visa and if you have a US company that is willing to sponsor you then it helps quite a bit. With a sponsor you don't have to justify why you need a visa as the company should take care of that paperwork for you.

Ya, I think the company that wants me will bring me in as a sous chef, so I do have a trade. The resort has a lot of problems even fillig the schedule, so I don't think that it would be a problem. I don't have a criminal record, either

contact the US immigration and naturalization service

They have an office in the Airport and another in Washington State
