Scaning Pics

Ok i got like 300-400 Pics that i need or want to get scanned in

Anyone wanna help me out?
I can toss a few bucks your way if you wanna help me out
Dont need it done in like a day or whatever just need to get some of this stuff sacanned in

Normal sized pics and stuff nothign fancy.

Anyone got a bored friend with a scanner?

that many pics would take forever... no sane human could pull that off.

if you have the original negatives for all of those pics try taking them to a photo shop and getting them to run them through a drum scanner or whatever they might have on hand. some places have gigantic flatbeds or other sweet expensive toys. if you used advantix film it'll be even easier... most places that process kodak film will be able to run advantix film onto a cd for you for a few bucks.

Dfltr what do i need? Just the negiatives and they can somehow get it on a CD?

yeah 400 is way too many, but if me and bev help, we could get through them pretty fast.
and I have a lot of free time on my hands :P

it depends on the type of film you used. if you used kodak advantix film and you've got the rolls kickin around still it'll be easy. you can just walk into a kodak photo processing shop and say "put these on a cd".

if not, it'd be tougher. there are industrial scanners that some places have that are specifically made for digitizing large volumes of photos. you'd have to find a place with one of those scanners and get them to scan your stuff for you.

either that or you could just get your friends to spend 4 jillion hours scanning them ;)
