Actually, no. They aren't. If you watch carefully, the watch in the hand of Christopher Walken as he gives his speech to a young Bruce Willis, the time changes with every scene. Also, the clock on the wall behind him while he gives his speech changes as well. Neither timepeices land on, or stay at 4:20. I'm too drunk and tired to go through the rest of your list, but I assure you this "pulp fiction" fact is actually fiction.
