anything is possible. Even a nice 6pack can easily hold a gut under it, and when bent over the belly flab can easily stick out.

Vise versa wise people like my dad at age 50+ may have a small gut but underneath is an easily visible 6pack. His gut is alot smaller than the one in that pic you just posted though
