guy up the street had a 94 (i think) talon tsi with twin turbos. 20 pounds of boost between them. plus 75 shot nitrous. it was pretty pimp. then he sold it and bought a supercharged stanger

eagles are not domestics, gm had them as a brand and not a single car sold as a eagle was an orginal gm product they were all rebadged cars sold in north america in an effort to capture consumers who otherwise would have bought an american car...eagles were mostly rebadged mitsubishi's and *ahem* renaults both of those companies did not have dealership networks in canada so eagles were the only dsm's you could get in canada. (aside from the plymouth laser which only was sold until around 91, and isn't really considered a dsm anyway)

most eagles, aside from the talon, were pretty shitty cars, as both mitsubishi and renault were know to be fairly unreliable cars, in fact renault had such poor sales they stopped selling them in north america in the 80's...

merlin's car is almost extactly the same as a mitsubishi ecilse save for a few minor tweaks to the exterior.

Diamond Star Motors is located in the United States. Thats where mitsubishi eclipse/eagle talons are manufactured.
